Flight of the Conchords

I have been watching this TV show Flight of the Conchords over the break. It is kind of old, but now HBO has the whole thing for streaming. It is incredibly funny. The two actors–Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie–are incredibly funny in a deadpan sort of way. They are from New Zealand. This is the premise: they are a two-man band from New Zealand trying to make it in America in the music industry. See it when you get a chance.

Boom-Boom

Part Time Model (“You are so beautiful you could be a waitress/ You are so beautiful you could be an airhostess in the 60s/ you are so beautiful you could be a part time model”)

I am not Crying (“I was looking for an Australian”; “How come we have reached this fork in the road and yet it cuts like a knife?”)

Fashion is Danger

Jenny

Inner-City Pressure (“No one cares, no one sympathizes/ You just stay home and play synthesizers”)

Tears of a Rapper

Here is their Texan Odyssey.
